The Exe Estuary Forum provides an open event at which any organisation, interest group or member of the public can become involved in estuary related matters.

Each Spring there is a formal event, usually held at County Hall, Exeter, to launch the annual Action Plan. Presentations are given by the Estuary Officer, Focus Group chairmen and guest speakers. The programme provides a good overview of the current work of the Partnership and plenty of opportunity for formal and informal interaction. The programme for the April 2002 Forum is available.

Every Autumn, there is an informal Forum event organised by the Estuary Officer. This is an opportunity for people to interact in a more informal manner and learn something more about the estuary. Typically they are held outside. In September 2001 the Forum met for a guided walk of Exmouth Local Nature Reserve, a Harbour Services meeting and a boat trip. Minutes of this meeting are also available.
