In addition to this consultation, there will be a six week period from 29th June to 10th August, led by the SEDHRP, during which people and organisations can comment on the amended proposals through an online survey. As well as local input, this will allow seasonal estuary users to comment during the peak holiday season. Details of this will be available on the South East Devon Habitat Regulations Executive Committees’ (SEDHREC) website at www.exewildliferefuge.org.uk.

A final SEDHRP report will be published alongside the EEMP consultation report and presented to the SEDHREC for their decision on whether to approve the amended proposals at their October 2017 meeting.

In addition, codes of conduct for users of the Exe Estuary are being reviewed and updated. We will be asking users and recreational bodies to get involved with this process shortly. Further details can be found on the Review of Codes of Conduct page. More detail will be added to the EEMP website as it becomes available.
