Dawlish Town Council

Dawlish Town Council (DTC), is one of two town councils that sit on the Exe Estuary Management Partnership. DTC’s main purpose is local community leadership. The Town Council has several functions including providing advice, providing grants and managing the Black swans and other ornamental waterfowl that live on the river. DTC supports the work of the EEMP to make Dawlish an attractive place for residents and tourists alike.

Dawlish Town Council’s representatives are Councillor Anne Heywood and the Reserve is Councillor Allan Pyne.

Dawlish Town Council’s supporting officer is Andrew McKenzie, Town Clerk.
